can we come in to your store and pick up items?
We do not have a physical location. We are a custom boutique home bakery, registered with the State of Arizona. Every order is custom, so we do not have ready-made items to be picked up. If you would like to discuss your order, please contact us via email, phone or text. We do tastings for Wedding cakes, serving 60+ servings only.
How much is the average cake?
Because each cake is a custom design for your special event or occasion, it is impossible to have set prices. OUR MINIMUM CAKE ORDER IS $225. Wedding cakes prices are based on design and number of servings., We would love to give you a CUSTOM QUOTE.
How far in advance should I book my cake?
It is best to order your cake 4-12 months prior to your event, but it is never too early to book your event. We ask for a minimum 2 weeks notice on all cakes, to fulfill your order, as our schedule fills quickly. We are often booked 8 months to a year in advance. All cakes ordered with less than 2 weeks notice, may be subject to a rush order fee.
Do You Deliver?
YES! We deliver all of our cakes, to ensure your cake arrives flawless. Delivery prices vary, depending on area and are calculated by milage.
We DO NOT ship cakes. We currently service Queen Creek, AZ and the Metro Phoenix, AZ areas.
What are your payment policies? What types of payment is accepted?
We require a 50% retainer at the time of booking your order. Because this is a custom order, this is a non-refundable retainer. Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to your delivery date. If you have booked your order within 2 weeks or less, your entire balance is due at the time of booking and could be subject to a rush order fee. Wedding cake balances and cakes serving over 100+ servings, are due 30 days before your event.
Cancellations, due to emergencies, are handled on a case by case basis. Refunds are not given, but a credit, towards a future order, may be offered.
Every order has a contract, that you should look over. All policies are listed on the contract and by paying your retainer, you are agreeing to the policies of this shop.
